Your PCR test will be self-administered by yourself at our clinic.

We provide RT-PCR Report with the client’s name, date of birth, gender and test result which is accepted by most of the airlines; we also provide an extra Fit to Fly certificate which is required by some airlines for travel.

What is a COVID-19 PCR test?

A COVID-19 PCR test looks for the presence of genetic material from the COVID-19 virus within a swab or saliva sample. These tests are commonly referred to as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests.

What does the COVID-19 PCR test involve?

The COVID-19 PCR test requires a throat swab sample to be collected by the client (self-administered) inside the clinic and sent back to our UKAS registered laboratory for testing.

PCR & throat swabs are being used to rule out COVID-19 infection before travel or resuming other activities.

How long does it take to receive the test results?

Usually, less than 48 hours from the swab collection.

Should I come to the clinic to do the COVID-19 PCR test?

Yes, you would need to book an online slot and come to the clinic in person for 5 minutes to do the swab for yourself (self-administered). The sample is then sent to the lab for analysis and printing out the results.

The test results report will be sent by email once issued.

How can I book my COVID-19 PCR test?

You can book your test from here.

If you would like to book for more than one client, you can create one account and add more people’s details to the same account.

What should I do if my COVID-19 PCR throat swab test is positive?

If your COVID-19 PCR test is positive our team will advise through the next steps.

You and your household will need to isolate.

For further guidance please visit NHS website here

What should I do if my COVID-19 PCR throat swab test is negative?

A negative PCR test means that you were not infected with COVID-19 when you took the test. If you have no symptoms, you can continue as normal. However, if you have symptoms, follow NHS guidance.

Many airlines and countries will allow you to travel if you have a negative PCR test result. Some countries and airlines require an extra Fit-to-Fly certificate including your passport details. We provide the Fit-to-Fly certificate at an additional cost of £50.

Can I amend the date or cancel my test booking?

Yes, you can mend the date for your test booking online or cancel for a full refund until the date of your test. In case of no show or the swab test was performed, full payment shall be deducted.

Is this test suitable for the test to release scheme?

We offer PCR tests for the purpose of travelling abroad and for the general public only. Unfortunately, we don’t offer PCR tests for the “test to release” scheme.
