Maintain your mental health through COVID-19
The COVID-19 crisis has probably to a great extent, impacted your family, your home, your career, your social life, and your community.
Like all of us, most likely each detail of your routine has either been re-arranged or paused until further notice. It is normal to not be the best version of yourself as we are living in a very stressful and fearful time.
But as you deal with your stress and fear, it’s vital to take care of your mental health so you can manage to cope.

Be patient and kind to yourself:
Allow others to help you. Don’t forget to help others whenever you can, as well. Remind yourself that this situation is not permanent and it will pass. Reflect on what you feel is most important in your life.
Reach out to your close circle:
Call your family members and share feelings with each other. This will ease loneliness and lessen your burden and stress.
Start a video chat or conference call with friends for a virtual book, movie or small social talk.
Write a letter or email to an old friend or co-worker to check up on them.
Give time to your body:
Do some form of daily exercise: walking, workout, dancing, gardening.
Get fresh air and enjoy the sun during the day.
Stick to a routine sleep schedule in a cool bedroom.
Practice deep breathing/meditation.
Stay in good health:
Eat three healthy meal portions every day.
Choose three small nutritious snacks between meals.
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
